How to Pick Up Women

I am a new single (23 years old) and have always been in a serious relationship so not much experience picking up chicks. I wanted to know from the ladies how you want to be approached at clubs, like to dance or talk or whatever. Are there certain signs I should look for like if a girl makes eye contact with me? Help me out ladies please!

i am a bisexual female and i want a girlfriend but i dont know where to start looking. i go to georgia state university but im not sure what girls are or arent gay. how do i approach a woman and hint to her that im gay and looking for a girlfriend. i just told one girl i was gay up front and she said she didnt care but wasnt gay. people are different so this same tactic might not work twice. what do i say?

I thought it was just my problem but,it seems that a lot of women say that men don’t approach them.Is seems silly to me for a man to see a woman they’re attracted to at a mundane place like a grocery store or out shopping and not come up to the woman and introduce themselves.Then I hear men say they can’t find a woman when we’re everywhere.

I just broke up w/ my girlfriend of almost 1.5 years and am re-entering the DC Metro Area dating scene. I am at somewhat of a loss of how and when to approach women on the street or elsewhere? By way of reference, I am an African American male in my early 30's. So some of the tactics that I used to employ when I was in high school and undergrad seem childish now, but that's all that I remember. I have no wish to pursue online dating options call me old fashioned but I prefer to meet someone in the real world first.

Some questions that I have:

Is it OK to approach a woman on the Metro when she is going/coming to work? If so what is the best way to go about it?

Is it OK to approach a woman when she is traveling with girlfriend(s)? If so, what is the best way to go about it?

Also, is it OK to approach a woman while she is working out at the gym? If so, how and under what circumstances is it OK to approach?

Any constructive help would be appreciated

One of my friends has a girlfriend who isn’t shaved and he does not like it one bit. How should he approach it sensibly enough to ask her to shave or trim?

I can approach and say hi and maybe say something lame to start the conversation. But that's all i know!! After that, i go blank. Can someone please share their tactics? I am desperate.
