How to Pick Up Women

I’d like to find a way of approaching females who have been eyeing me up even though they are sitting with a group of men

It’s always the other way around and I believe women should start approaching us men. It gets annoying when you see a girl and she looks interested and is giving all the right positive signals, but she always waits for the guy to approach and doesn’t take the iniative for herself and come over and just say "Hi" That’s all it takes girls!! lol, just a little simple "Hello" then we can go from there.

I have a fear of talking to attractive women in person. So i started searching for help on how to get over this fear. I found it’s more common than i thought. but then i got to thinking, why is it the men that have to approach women? what’s wrong with a woman making the first move and starting the conversation?

*NOTE* If your reply is going to be criticizing me for my fear or just to say "get over it" then please don’t bother replying. I only want replies about my actual question.

How can I get comfortable with approaching women, as if they were a best friend?

Now you might say "Well think of her as a bestfriend!" but that doesn’t always work.

Whenever I see my crush at school I just act like I don’t see her, mainly because I don’t have the confidence or knowledge of what to say when I approach her.

Any baby steps I can take that anyone can provide?

Why is it that when a man is married, he is approached more often by single women.

I have been told by some friends that single women view a man with a ring on his finger as "safe" to talk to, but I have noticed that there is a lot of flirting on the woman’s part. I wanted to get the women’s take on this subject.

Hello, all hopefully these post does not come off as overconfident but I have an issue. When I’m out with my friends, i see women given me looks and smiling but I for whatever reason I get to nervous to speak. Or when I do its not very interesting. Or I will get there number but I either don’t call them or I do and we don’t hang out anyway. Therefore, this anxiety makes it harder for me to approach attractive women I just see out.
