How do I meet women who live on the same dorm floor as me?
Plus, it’s worse enough that my RA is too ****ty to throw freaking hall get-togethers or anything. I hate it.

why dont u bump into her or something or better yet write ur self a letter and mail it to her apartment maybe if she knows ur name she will come knocking to give it to u and u can get to know each other
Borrow small stuff or ask advice. Women love to give each other advice…
