Not necessarily. You have Men and Women that will either behave the same way most of the time while others will vary their behavior pretty widely. It isn’t so much about gender as it is about personality type and morals.
thats hard to say, or answer. hmmm, hard: all women that way??? kinda like a ‘judgement call’ question!! yikes!! but maybe you should just stay away from those kind or if and when they do that to you, since it already bristles you, you take that as your red flag and just don’t settle it! grab your things and astalavista BABEE!!
I would have to say they approach all women that way because it’s a sign of a lack of social skills on his part. If you have no social skills, you don’t know how to act, simply put.
It depends on the sub-culture the man is from. A rich, white guy may only do that to very attractive women in certain environments, e.g., like a night club, while a man from a lower class, inner city environment may approach ALL women like that — it is part of their culture, and you shouldn’t be insulting an entire class of people in your question like that.
i think it depends. some guys probably are egotistical enough to hit on all women in that way. but i think most of them only do it to women who they think they can.

I think guys understand that that kind of disrespect will "fly" with certain women, but not others.
