A girl likes a guy with confidence. Walk up and say "Hi, my name is __________. I hope you don’t mind, but I just wanted to meet you." Sound sincere and not cocky. If she says no, kindly tell her thank you and walk away. If she is at all interested she will tell you her name and engage in a conversation. If she isn’t interested in you, at least you have been a gentleman and if your name comes up to her in the future she will have only good things to say about you to other girls. Key points to remember, don’t be afraid of her, be confident and not cocky and look her in the eye.
grab something and ask them a question about the product. ask them about clothes. it helps if your hot and/or rich

ive always met all the women that ive ever talked to (except about 3 or 4) i met at reg school and college. ive never approached a girl at a mall, but i worked at one and she came up to me with her friends. it depends on alot of situaitons and stuff, whos she with , is she single- i dont bother with that crap. most of the time as populated as the world is, sooner or later the more u hang out, the more likely a woman will approach YOU. i dont chase women, and you dont need to either.
